Q. How do I get to the Tile Doctor training and distribution centre?

Carnforth is a few miles north of the county town of Lancaster. Lancaster is well served by trains from both London and Glasgow. The nearest airport is Manchester, and there are trains direct from the airport to Carnforth, a journey time of 1½ hours.

By Rail: Carnforth has its own railway station with local connections to Lancaster which is on the main West Coast line to London and Glasgow.

By Road: Carnforth is situated on the A6 between Lancaster and Kendal, and is about 1 mile West of junction 35 of the M6 motorway. The town is well sign posted on the local roads. Once in Carnforth, turn east at the traffic lights on to Market Street, Tile Doctor is 200m up the hill opposite the County Hotel car park.

Q. I understand 1 night of accommodation is included in the course price of £395 (+VAT), what if I need to stay another night?
A. Not a problem, you can book extra nights when registering, the cost is £56 (+VAT) and includes breakfast. We use nearby hotels including the Royal Station and County Hotel.

Q. Do I get a certificate after completing the training course?
A. Yes, we do present a certificate.
